Gaijin is thrilled to welcome pastry chef Mary Eder-McClure of Galit to Gaijin on Wednesday, September 30th, for a very special pastry collaboration night. Chef Eder-McClure will bring her creative vision and Middle Eastern-inspired approach to pastry to Gaijin for one night only, creating a special kakigori that brings together the flavors and techniques of both kitchens.
